If I register, do I need to give you an address?
You do not; addresses are completely optional. All it takes to join if a user name, password and e-mail adresses.
Are you going to sell my private and personal information as soon as I give it to you?
Absolutely not. We take privacy very seriously and only ask for this information to give you the best search results possible.
So how much is this going to cost me?
The website is completely free. You get access to thousands of local offers across the nation at all times absolutely free of charge.
Across the nation?
Yes! Anywhere we have business listed and/or offers online. This means that if you’re traveling, you can find local offers in other areas!
Technical Questions:
I’ve seen other coupon sites before that boast lots of content. There has to be some sort of catch or software I need to download in order to make this work…
Not at all. We store all of our content online, meaning you will never have to download any extra programs to access anything.
How do I find coupons?
You can search by browsing categories or by doing a keyword search. When performing a keyword search you can enter what you are looking for ("restaurants" will bring up restaurant coupons in your search area; you can also search for specific merchants).
How do I update or edit my profile?
From the “View/Edit Account” tab you can access your personal profile page. On your profile page, you just need to click “Submit” to change your password, name or email address. Make sure to save your updates in order to have them take effect.
How do I print coupons?
You do not have to be a member of the website and logged in to print coupons. To print individual coupons, simply open the coupon you’d like and click the print icon on top of the offer. If you’d like to print multiple coupons, simple repeat the process. We encourage all user and business to use "Promotional Code" to drive customers to save. This will reduce the amount of paper being used to print coupons.
How often do the coupons change?
The coupons on the website change daily. Visit the website often to see new coupons and offers. New business are joining everyday and may place the ad you are looking for.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the “Password Reminder” link in the Log In area. Input your username OR your email address and we’ll send you a new password shortly.
How do I rate and review businesses?
It’s actually very simple. Once you’ve logged in, go to the business listing and click on " Add Review". If you’d like to type a review, all you need to do is fill in the required information. Once you’re done, click “Submit Review.”
I’ve submitted a bunch of reviews and none of them are showing up. Why?
The Owners of Sale Depot review each review and comment prior to approval. This process reduces the amount of poor language used in adding the reviews. Once we review the statements, we contact each business to notify them of the comments and discuss the situation prior to approval. Once we approve the review it will be displayed on the site.
I can’t seem to print the ads, why?
You have several options to print the business information. On the right hand side you have a print button and a down load to PDF button, both allow you to print the business listing. You may also e-mail the business listing to yo and your friends if you so like.
I’m having problems using the site, what can I do?

How do I set up my account and establish my membership?
Visit www.saledepot.com to learn about how to create your account and establish your membership. To review the different packages provided by Sale Depot visit the Compare Membership area.
Membership is free to all users. Each member has the ability to create an account and keep track of their favorite business, sale, coupons, and discounts. In each account you are also able to advertise your business or merchandise you wish to sell. We have several different options that allow each member the ability to promote their venue, sales, coupons, discounts and more.
What company information is included in an advertising profile?
Depending on the package purchased, each business profile features up to 2000-word company description, a company logo, and banner ad, and tile ad, contact information, web link, and review section, link to a friend, PDF file, and display pictures of products and/or services, discounts, coupons, video, offers, location by Goggle Map, mobile number, manager name, hours of business and much more...
How do I load or update my profile?
Please log into your account with your user name and password. Click on your business name and scroll down through the control panel and find the section you wish to change. You are able to enter your company profile information or make edits to your current profile. When you have finalized your profile information, press the “save” button to save the information. In order to see the changes, you will have to open a new browser to see the new profile. The profile section provides you with an opportunity to communicate a compelling value proposition to directory visitors. If you wish to upgrade at any time to provide more information to your projected customers, you may do so for this area.
Depending on the package purchased you will also be able to list your information in more then one listing.
How do I upload or change my logo?
Our directories allocate several different sizes of pixel space for a logo, banner, tile, and pictures in a JPG format. If you need to edit your logo, you can use an editing program, such as Photoshop, or MS Paint. After your logo is sized to fit the requirements, make sure to save it as a JPG file by selecting "save as" in the file menu and then changing the "file type” to JPG. If you are having trouble with your images! Contact our customer service department for assistance at images@saledepot.com. If your business requires production of any banners, tile ads, video's and/or logos, you can contact our development team at images@saledepot.com.
How do I update my membership account?
Please log into your account using your user name and password. Click on your business name and you will see on the control panel a section call "Listing". Once you click on this link your business information will come up with the following box.
Place the mouse over the image to review the heading. Once you find the area you wish to modify, and/or edit click on the icon. After you have added or modified this area, please click "Save" to update the system.

You can change your business information and track your directory results by logging in to your account and clicking on "Listing: You will enter the control panel and will be able to review this information form this icon."
". If you make any changes to your account be sure to click the "save" button prior to closing out. . If you have multiple listings with Sale Depot , you can set the passwords to be unique for each one.

How do I access my account?
Click on member login section; enter your user name and password, to access your account.
I entered my username and password. Why am I unable to login?
The username and password are distributed to you in your welcome letter immediately after you subscribe to the service. Your username and password are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please submit your email address in the designated space and press enter. You will receive an email indicating your correct username and password. If you continue to have issues, please contact the customer service department.
How do I change my username and password?
Click on the member login section and enter your account. Once you have entered you account you can change you password form the control panel... Click on the "Edit Button"
to be directed to the edit field, you will see a section for your user name and password. Please add or modify your username and password in the fields provided. Once completed please click the "Save"
How do I report bugs or errors?
